The dream begins before this food truck aka Gretchen the Mean Kabob Truck. It started when our chef was young, when he attend his family BBQ luncheon at his grandma’s sisters house. The Maroon color of the truck is based on the color of their house. When i see this color it reminded me of Family and Love!
